1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer", "User", or "You") and DRIP SMM ("DRIP SMM", "Platform", "We", "Us", or "Our"), governing your access to and use of https://dripsmm.com, associated APIs, customer dashboards, and automated promotional services.

By creating an account, depositing funds, placing orders, or accessing our services via the web interface or API, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our related policies, including our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

2. Legal Capacity & Eligibility

By accessing or using DRIP SMM, you represent and warrant that you possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding contractual agreement under the applicable laws of your jurisdiction.

If you are using DRIP SMM on behalf of an agency, business entity, or organization, you represent and warrant that you have full authorization to bind that entity to these Terms.

3. Account Registration & Credentials

To access certain features of DRIP SMM, you must register a customer account. When registering, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and current information, including a functional email address for account alerts and security notices.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials, password, and generated API keys.
  • Promptly notify our support team if you detect or suspect any unauthorized access to your account or API key.
  • Accept full responsibility for all activities, order submissions, and financial transactions initiated under your account credentials.

4. Description & Nature of Services

DRIP SMM operates as an automated social media marketing panel that assists creators, agencies, and brands in increasing digital engagement metrics across public profiles and online content.

  • Automated Routing: Orders submitted on DRIP SMM are dispatched to automated upstream fulfillment networks and server clusters.
  • Estimated Timelines: Stated start times, speed intervals, and completion estimates are approximate and depend upon real-time server queue loads and external platform algorithm adjustments. We do not warrant that delivery will be instantaneous under all network conditions.
  • Refill Conditions: For services marked with a refill guarantee period, refills may be requested through our dashboard support desk provided the count remains above the recorded start count and within the specified guarantee timeframe.

5. User Obligations & Link Requirements

To ensure proper delivery of all promotional campaigns, you agree to comply with the following mandatory conditions:

Mandatory Requirement: The target profile, channel, post, or media link submitted with your order MUST remain 100% public throughout the entire delivery cycle.

  • No Private Accounts: Setting an account to private, restricting visibility by region/age, or removing public access while an order is in progress interrupts provider tracking and voids any refund or refill eligibility.
  • No Simultaneous Overlapping Orders: Do not place multiple simultaneous orders for the identical link before the previous order has fully completed. Overlapping orders cause counter collisions and delivery discrepancies.
  • No Username Changes or Media Deletions: Changing your handle or deleting the target post while an order is processing causes delivery failure without eligibility for compensation.

6. Prepaid Wallet Balances & Deposits

DRIP SMM operates on a prepaid wallet model. You must deposit balance into your account before submitting service orders.

  • Deposits are initiated via supported payment options (such as UPI or cryptocurrency USDT TRC20).
  • Upon verification of your transaction reference (UTR or transaction hash), the deposited funds are credited to your DRIP SMM account balance.
  • Once credited, deposited funds must be utilized for service purchases on DRIP SMM. As detailed in our Refund Policy, panel wallet balances are non-refundable to the original fiat or cryptocurrency funding source.
  • You agree not to initiate fraudulent chargebacks, payment reversals, or dispute claims without first contacting our support team to resolve genuine account discrepancies.

7. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use DRIP SMM for any unlawful or unauthorized activity, including but not limited to:

  • Promoting hate speech, harassment, defamation, violence, or sexually explicit/unlawful content.
  • Attempting to bypass platform security, reverse-engineer proprietary code, or launch denial-of-service attacks.
  • Submitting fraudulent payment credentials, stolen crypto addresses, or falsified transaction references.
  • Abusing API endpoints through unauthorized scrapers, malicious scripts, or intentional overload.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DRIP SMM and its operators provide services on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

In no event shall DRIP SMM be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, loss of profits, revenue, or business reputation arising from third-party social media platform algorithm updates, account suspensions, or metric fluctuations.

DRIP SMM’s total aggregate liability arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the actual amount paid by you for the specific service order in dispute.

9. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and revoke API access without prior notice if we discover a breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, abusive behavior toward our staff, or attempts to compromise platform security.
