Privacy Policy

Effective Date: September 19, 2026 Domain: dripsmm.com

1. Introduction

DRIP SMM (accessible at https://dripsmm.com) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the data collected during your interaction with our social media marketing panel and automated delivery infrastructure.

This Privacy Policy explains how your information is gathered, handled, and safeguarded when you create an account, deposit wallet funds, submit promotional links for service orders, or communicate with our support desk. By accessing or using DRIP SMM, you acknowledge and understand the terms described in this policy.

2. Information We Process

DRIP SMM operates on a strict data-minimization model. We only collect and store data that is technically necessary to operate your customer account, secure wallet balances, and fulfill requested promotional campaigns.

Core Privacy Principle: We never request, collect, or store passwords for your external social media accounts. All order routing requires only public target links.

  • Account Credentials: When you register, we collect your chosen username and email address. Your account password is protected using salted cryptographic hashes (PBKDF2/bcrypt) before storage. Plaintext passwords are never saved, logged, or accessible by staff.
  • Order Data: To deliver services, we store the public target URL or username you provide, the selected service package, quantity requested, order status, start count, and timestamps.
  • Payment Verification References: When funding your prepaid wallet balance, you submit transaction reference identifiers (such as a UPI UTR / Transaction ID or cryptocurrency transaction hash) and the deposited amount. We store these references strictly to verify and reconcile wallet balance credits. We do NOT collect or store your bank passwords, debit/credit card numbers, or CVV codes.
  • Technical & Network Logs: Standard web server logs automatically capture your IP address, browser User-Agent header, operating system type, referring URL, and request timestamps to monitor system health, mitigate DDoS attacks, and enforce account rate limiting.
  • Support Communications: If you open a support ticket or submit a contact message, we record your name, contact email, order ID (if referenced), and message history to resolve your inquiry.

3. Browser Storage & Cookie Technologies

Our web application uses essential first-party browser storage technologies to maintain secure user sessions and remember client-side preferences. We differentiate between HTTP cookies and client-side browser Web Storage (LocalStorage and SessionStorage):

Storage Key / Name Technology Classification Purpose & Expiration
dripsmm_session HTTP Cookie Essential Authentication First-party HttpOnly, Secure, SameSite=Lax cookie used to maintain authenticated user sessions. Expires in 30 days.
token / auth_token LocalStorage Functional Authentication Client-side browser storage holding the active session token for authorized asynchronous API calls in your dashboard.
theme / ui_state LocalStorage Functional UI Stores your preferred dashboard display preferences (such as dark theme settings). Stored locally on your device.

Note on LocalStorage: Web LocalStorage is a key-value storage mechanism inside your web browser. LocalStorage data is stored strictly on your local device and is not automatically transmitted to our servers with every HTTP request.

No Third-Party Advertising Trackers: DRIP SMM does not embed third-party advertising cookies, cross-site behavioral retargeting pixels (such as Meta Pixel), or commercial marketing trackers on our destination pages.

4. How We Use Your Information

Your information is processed strictly for legitimate operational purposes:

  • To create and administer your user account and prepaid wallet.
  • To dispatch, monitor, and synchronize social media marketing orders.
  • To verify transaction references and credit deposits to your account.
  • To provide customer service, resolve support tickets, and notify you of order status changes.
  • To protect our infrastructure against fraudulent chargebacks, automated brute-force attacks, and abusive misuse.

5. Third-Party Fulfillment Dispatch

To execute order requests at high speed, DRIP SMM interfaces with automated third-party fulfillment service providers and API distribution networks.

When an order is dispatched, only the information necessary to fulfill the promotional task—specifically the target URL or handle, the service type, and the requested quantity—is transmitted upstream.

We never provide upstream fulfillment providers with your account email, password, payment identifiers, or internal account history. Furthermore, DRIP SMM does not sell, rent, or monetize personal user data to any external broker or marketing entity.

6. Security & Data Retention

We implement comprehensive technical and organizational controls to protect your data:

  • All web traffic between your device and DRIP SMM is secured using modern TLS/HTTPS encryption with HTTP Strict Transport Security (HSTS).
  • Databases and server operating systems are maintained behind strict firewalls with principle-of-least-privilege access rules.
  • Account records, transaction references, and order logs are retained for active account lifecycle management and legal compliance. Inactive or deleted accounts are purged or sanitized in accordance with standard retention cycles.

7. Your Account Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, request corrections to inaccurate records, or request closure of your account and deletion of associated personal data.

To submit an inquiry or request account deletion, please email our support desk with your registered username. Requests are typically processed within 48 hours.
